# Capture Manual Screenshots and Review Article Updates

When recording a flow to update documentation, Pageloop automatically tracks your clicks in the background. Because you know your product best and understand where users might get confused, you can manually capture screenshots exactly where they are needed.

## Capture Manual Screenshots

While recording a flow with the [Pageloop Chrome Extension](/getting-started/using-the-pageloop-chrome-extension), press **Ctrl + S** to take a screenshot. This ensures your article only includes visual guidance for complex steps, rather than capturing an image for every single click.

## Review and Apply Changes

After recording your updates, you can review the suggested modifications.

1. Navigate to the **Updates** section from the left-hand sidebar to view your list of in-progress updates.
2. Click on a specific update group, such as 'Scheduled publishing for articles and updates'.
3. Select the specific article you want to work on, like 'Review and Apply Article Updates'.
4. In the review interface, click through the suggested modifications, such as **Replace Text** and **Add Text**, to see exactly what changes are being proposed.
5. Click the **Accept** button to apply the changes to your article.
